After many years in IT tech support and web dev, I unexpectedly ventured onto a new path. Now I'm in my thirties and have a double degree in Earth Sciences! I am raising fowl, a goat, a horse, four cats and a husband. I spend my free time in the garden and with my animals. Currently, my long-suffering husband and I sleep with one of our cats in the bedroom with a young pullet in a cat cage on a shelf who refuses to sleep with the other chickens! It strangely works out. My husband is an aspiring author writer and often blogs a story about our lives on the farm etc.

I am passionate about chickens, cats, web design, blogging, Pinterest, sprouting seeds, taking cuttings and other gardening, trialling make-up and hair products, baking, writing stories, spinal disabilities, making things and offering all kinds of advice to people.

Being one who loves to read, TaintedBlood.org is an old URL I purchased in 2002, inspired by the Margaret Weis science fiction fantasy Star of Guardians series of novels. Jazhiaran and Ashe are the names of rpg characters I created in the 90s inspired by the Raymond E. Feist fantasy novels following Pug the magician.

Updates re Duromine 30mg, Tangle Teezer, L'Oreal Mythic Oil Milk, Rhodanide with Activance



Now that they've got a Mother Sugar Free version, give me a dick where my clitoris is and I'll fap all over a can.
A month on Duromine, and absolutely kicking my arse with 7km/hr walking for 30 mins a day = a loss of 2kg, getting me under 79.8kg. I was so proud.


Unfortunately, I fucked all that up in the last two weeks when:



  • I've been too busy with uni,
  • the weather has been either flood-wet or dangerously-windy,
  • my mood has been quite low due to friends who never appreciate what I give up and do for them. So, I'm likely 81 or 82kg again after eating two packets of biscuits since Friday night, when I was SUPPOSED to have my bonfire party (which I'd organised but couldn't have on my birthday in June, as it was far too cold).
  • My power bill is also $800 /alone/. For some fucking reason Tasmanians are being charged the Carbon Tax even though we have purely green-energy going on down here. THE FUCK. And wouldn't you know it? Not only are you being charged for the Carbon Tax, they've also tacked on a large percentage for a similar tax for green energy. So, you're not just paying for the Carbon Tax once - you're paying for it twice.
  • Then there's the fact that I've spent over $200 on different anti-histamines because for the past 2 months I've been scratching my face, eyes and ears off. Nothing works: in front of the counter anti-histamines, over the counter anti-histamines nor prescription anti-histamines. Nasal sprays, eye drops, tablets... nothing. Even the freaking expensive Avamys nasal spray that cost $42 by itself.
  • I was just given the 30mg prescription for Duromine, but that's not bound to work right now. I've been shoving Senokot tablets down my throat the last few days to give me the runs just to get these biscuits out of my system. Not really working. I really need to drink some bath salts - the most disgusting thing to put down your throat, but it only takes 15 minutes before you're on the toilet for 2 hours.


    •  It seems that the only thing that really worked for helping me get motivated for walking was Mother Sugar Free. Unfortunately, that shit has gone right up in price again. :-/ It is awesome, by the way. I was addicted to Mother previously - I wouldn't have it very often, but when I did, it was the best thing ever.

    My hair at least is ok, now that I've got my Tangle Teezer brush and L'Oreal Mythic Oil Milk and Rhodanide with Activance going on. My hair still gets tangled badly, but I'm not as worried about it anymore, because I can deal with it.
